By accessing and using InvoicesNest ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities under your password.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or InvoicesNest cancels it.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Violating any applicable national or international law.
• Exploiting or harming minors in any way.
• Transmitting spam or any other similar solicitation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InvoicesNest be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
